April 20: Anxiety and Reframing Thoughts
Anxiety can show up in our thoughts, bodies, and behaviours, and it can feel overwhelming or even out of control. The good news is that anxiety is not something we're stuck with. It's actually a normal response from our brain trying to protect us. Together, we are going to look at how anxiety works and how we can take back some control by learning to reframe our thoughts and respond in more helpful ways.
